As you know there has been an unprecendented devastation due to flood in Bihar.
The latest numbers show that over thirty lakh people have been affected.
Supposedly, this is the worst-ever flood to hit Bihar state in 50 years.
The authorities are struggling to provide aid to the victims. And as you
can understand, those affected by the floods need our help desperately.
We are trying to raise as much money as possible on behalf of AODB. I would
like urge you to make any contribution that you can towards this humanitarian
cause. Even a small contribution on your part can go a long way in helping
out the flood affected people.
Last year we had sent money to "Ramakrishna Mission Ashram, Patna" which is
a very reputable organization. They had sent us details on how the money was
spent with pictures and news clippings. We are thinking of sending the money
to the same organization this time. If you have any suggestions, please let
me know.
